Safety Training for Vocational Teachers
This initiative strengthens safety awareness in technical and vocational education by introducing essential safety principles early in practical training. It supports the development of a skilled and safety-conscious workforce aligned with energy and industrial standards.
Highlights:
- Delivered through TotalEnergies Professional Academy (TPA) with a structured “train-the-trainers” approach
- ~100 vocational teachers to be trained in 2026, integrating safety into technical education
- Rollout supported by activities planned over the coming months
Consortium Formation for TVET Schools & Training Centers
This initiative aims to mobilizes industry-led consortia embedded within TVET schools and training centers, enabling companies to co-invest in skills, infrastructure, and teaching capabilities at source. This approach aligns education with market demand and delivers scalable impact.
